Hello,
We have an intertel axxess system at the office. When the phone is on "night", callers get a messages "if you know your party's extension..." - which is great. I was wondering if it is possible to add that to our operator overflow - so if the phone is not picked up by the operator, a caller can choose to dial an extension rather than wait for someone to pick up. Seems like it should be easy to add, but I cannot find anything about it. If you have any ideas, they would be appreciated.
Thank you!

it depends on how the operator calls get there, it can be done regardless. If you are simply getting calls to the operator to its extension simply put a system forwarding path to the CRA for the AA. If you are using a hunt group for the operator use the HG announcement or overflow to point to the CRA. Easy.
