I currently have Partner Plus, I'm planing on upgrading to ACS for Caller ID function. I would like to log call information on file in PC, I understand you can print this info to a serial printer, so is software available to connect to PC? If not would a simple terminal program work?

There are many types of 'call accounting' software available, just take your pick & your wallet. Or you could use a terminal emulation program & save to a file. I do that at many places that just to do simple call monitoring.

You bring up and interesting idea. I would like to log to a file rather than serial printing. Could you explain further? Also I have a Partner ACS and I have programmed a call log button on my phone; however, I cannot get the call logs to scroll on my phone's display. Any thoughts?
