Hey

What a great board, Can anyone help me. I need the pin color codes/ for the adapter 355
that goes into the com port of my computer. Running from the SMDR port. I see there are a bunch of numbers listed on the DB25 adapter, but i am not sure which wires go where. Any help is greatly appreciated

Thank you

Use a 355A adapter that converts a modular jack interface to a RS232 (25pin connector)
Then you won't have to worry about the pin readouts you just plug the line cord from the tel system and the converter into you PC. You should be able to pick one up at any computer store or maybe even at a Radio Shack.
Hope this helps

frankh
e-mail me that info you sent me, like a dummy
I lost your e-mail. So let me know what you have and I'll figure out the pins for you.
Sorry about that.
