I've got an ACS and you can press a line button when someone is on it at another extension and pick up the call. Voice Interupt is set to not assigned on all extensions. HELP!

You need to assign Auto extension privacy to all the extensions. Its Program #304, if you have voice mail you need to give it to them also.
