We have Partner ACS Release 4 system. We own 2 different phone numbers. Is there a way to program it so that when people call these numbers, they will be routed to designated lines on the main phone? That way receptionist can tell which number customers were using to call and answer appropriately.

Assuming you are not using a hunt group for the two numbers assign them to specific buttons on the attendant phone in programming I believe it is in section 300 line assignments.
Good Luck.

If they are not in a hunt group as DonM said then you can use program #301 to assign them to your buttons on station 10 or whatever station you may be using for a the recpt. Hope this helps dtmf
