I have an old partner system model 103c3 the modules are models 206 ver:R3.1 & 206e ver R3.0 and I want to put music on hold. We had it before we moved into our new offices and I still have the 105A coupler but can't figer out where to plug it in??? The music source has an rca output and the coupler has a rca and a ethernet type plug on the other side. We are also interested in buying a voice mail module for it.

Thanks,

Peter

you have a rca type connection on the processor. That is where you make the connection.

you have what is generally known as a baby partner or a stand alone partner, with a 2 slot carrier. The music on hold adapter plugs into the ext 15 jack with a normal cord. There is programming involved too but if it was installed before, and the programming is still in memory it should work right away. If it dosent i can dig out the manual and give you info on the programming

you may have to cut the boot back on the rca adapter plug. it sometimes interferes with the insertion and connection to the rca port.
