I'm not a "tech"...but am in the on-hold business. Have a client with Merlin 410 phones that have Viking external ringer attached. We installed a Premier Technologies Call Handler 6300, which intercepts the call, plays a message, then puts the call thru to the Merlin. Problem is, the ringer has to be driven AFTER the call leaves the Premier equipment...not before. The tech handling this job said if there's an analog cartridge available for the Merlin, that would solve the problem. Without it, we're having to install Viking ring/loop detectors on each line. Does an analog cartridge/feature pkg exist?

No you will have to step it up after your Call Handler, sorry I know thats not what you want to hear. Maybe some will come along with another idea.
