I have a customer looking to get a call accounting system for there Merlin Legend system,where they can setup account codes for their clients so they can bill their accounts on the amount of time they consult with these clients. Any help would be appreciated.

I use dial-log call accounting a pc based system which works great with legends

the Tapit call accounting system is really good, and it is half of what Avaya charges for thier stuff. email me if you need more info.
