www.desi.com has a free download DESILITE that will make professional labels for most all phones and blocks using your system printer. Using colors and fonts. For remote changes I email the new labels to my customers.

OK, I went and looked at their free software - It will hold a database of 20 phones, and looking at the desi's for the Magix phones, it looks like there is one label per page.
I have an Excel Spreadsheet that will print 7 cut-out labels for Magix 4412/4424 on a sheet of plain paper, another for the Dss/BLF, one for MLX sets that you cut out the desi's, and another that you can print directly onto the desi that comes with a new phone. For Partner sets I have another that will print onto the Partner desi's that come with the new phones.
These are all available at the Lucent List on Yahoo Groups, in the file section, along with several others that other folks have contributed.
