I'm unclear of a few things on the Lucent Partner ACS system and was wondering if anybody could assist me on this. If so, thanks much.
1) How does one go about changing the auto attendant recording for the incoming calls?
2) How does one create a new voicemail account for an extension?
3) How does one reset a password for an extension (an expansion to question #2)?
And finally...
4) How could I establish "hot keys" for different extensions on the auto attendant, as opposted to saying "13 for Jim, etc." but instead, like "1, 2, 3, etc."
Once again, thanks in advance.

1. You would dial Itercom 777,99#,password+#,9,3,for greetings and follow prompts, be sure and save it.When finished press *7 to return to main programming. 2+3. Dial 4 for mailbox assignments and follow prompts. 4. What you are looking for is called selector codes and you get to them by going into the Day Greeting, they are a little tricky so you might want to call and have one of us walk you through it.

A PC mail is a little PC card that goes in to the main Proccessor, The VS is a full module that slides into on of the slots in the cabinet. They both program from the phone.

I'm going to do it on Monday when I get back to work. Thanks, though. If I have any difficulty, I'll let you know. Though I think and hope all should be fine.
