I'm getting static on certain extensions only. It's usually always 10 & 11 but today it's 14 as well. I have an AT&T Partner System with two 206E modules and PLus the Processor Module and the Partner Mail VS R1 module.

Most liklely you have a deffective 206 module ,its known after a while in service to have such problem statics ,it could be one station or more .you have to get either a replacement or send this one for repair. In your case if you only have problem with EXt 10 ,11 ,14 thats the first card in the cabinet.
Good Luck.

I would label all cables on 206 cards. Then flip-flop card one ith two. if problem follows card then card is bad. If problem stays at extensions, could be wirring or phones
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

while its probably the module, sometimes ive had problems with the module plug. Sometimes if you dress up the cable runs and have too much of a bend on certain cables, you can get static/irratic connections. REMEMBER...ALWAYS USE SOLID PLUGS WITH SOLID WIRE.......STRANDED PLUGS WITH STRANDED WIRE...... Mitch Taylor
