I have ACS 5.0, 3x8 R3.0 and Parner VMS R5.0 connected to 2 lines, no roll over on this 2 lines.

Line 1 will ring 4 times and VM will be activated and Menu comes. Line 2 is not setup for VM yet.

I want Line 2 will be activated for VM after 8 rings with same menu driven, How can I?

Please help.

Thanks in advanced,

RD

There are a few programs you will have to do
1.#206 to assign line to VMS(group 7) (set line 2 to assigned)
2.#506 this where you set ringing for day and night (1=day 2=night)
3.#507 this is where you set when line is answered (always, day only, night only)
