Has anyone installed an announcer on a partner system? Have a customer that wants the calls going to the pro shop to be put on hold (when pro shop busy) and keep playing message every minute until agent becomes available. Do you know of a suppler?

Do you mean just a digital music on hold player. If so, you can buy one direct from www.onholdplus.com

The onhold system is really cool. You can customize your own greeting using software with your pc. Also I believe if you purchase the system they give you a free customized greeting offer.

Very reliable system & clarity is great....

Not music on hold. A digital announcer; transfer call to a group and if the members are busy; the call is put in que untill one member becomes available. Need source for announcer; I have installed them on a legend but never a partner; was wondering if anyone had.

Get ahold of Touch Tone Tommy or gkar, if anybody could help you with this I would think it would be one of them. I'll make a call also and see what I can find out for you.

I don't think you can because the partner system does't support any queeing or overflow from group to another like the legend or the Magix. In the magix or legend you have the option for annoucer but you don't have any on partner.Thats my opnion.

Thanks to all for your reply. I guess if they want this feature bad enough; they will have to upgrade to a legend sys.
