I am trying to install a 007 MLM mail in our Legend system. We have a A3 power supply as required. The hard disk appears to be bad as it spins up,"thunks" into crash stop three time then shuts down. This process repeats three times. At the same time if the 007 is in the system all processor indications are normal but none of the phones have lites or dialtones. remove the 007 and all is fine. Two Questions: Is the phones not functional problem because the 007 can't boot up?. We have other notebook drives available, is there somewhere we can obtain the image to load one of these to replace the broken drive. Thanks Harry
Decided to junk it. got another coming, since the hard drives seem to be a weak point has anyone had experience imaging them and restoring on a spare disk? hanks

Harry,
I too gave up on the 007 MLM. No longer supported by Avaya and a real monster to get fixed. I use a PC based mail that is field servicable. More features too.
