I have a Merlin Mail with unknown admin password. Admin person left with all the digits .I know it has something to do with sn# .

Try the serial number on the VM unit.

I dialed in sn# but it says " goodbye " I think at that point I turn it off ,wait 1 min then turn it on. Now the rest I cannot remember

Thanks guy , it worked for a min. I sent you a e-mail because it seems I have to reset password every time I go into Admin. Whats up with that? Help (please)

use the vm reset button on the front after you get the message "goodbye", resets the passwword to default
|
