Okay...trying to program remote admin password at ext 10, program#730. Have used alphanumeric translation from tech manual.
Trying to enter RIMCOM as password. Followed directions, press enter, always comes back with dashes. Any clue? Am I not holding my mouth the right way (ha)
Any help appreciated!

Program #730
73=R
43=I
61=M
23=C
63=O
61=M
Press ENTER and it should say (Remote Password) confirming that it was saved.

That's about all there is to it.

Thanks DTMF, I did use the conversion chart in the manual, with each attempt coming back all dashes. But Thanks for the reply, anything is a help.

About the only thing I can suggest is to do a back up of the current configuration then do a system default and load the configuration back in and see if it will let you enter the new password.
