I have recently upgraded my Definity G3si from V3 to V6, along with the Upgrade i have purchased new phone sets (Callmaster V). My Problem is getting the full 48 character Display to work properly. As of now i am receiving the ANI on the top line and the Name that i have programmed into the switch on the 2nd line. However the 2nd line where the name is, is being cut off..followed by the letter "b". I am currently only getting roughly 12 characters on the bottom line. Has anyone ever heard of this, Is this possibly a system default?
Thanks!

Hmmmm...

The displays on those usually do funky stuff. For instance, the q= and a= business. Are you sure you have the correct telephone sets in the station settings?

Do a cha sta X, X being the station number... and verify that you have the correct handset in there, if not -- that can cause that type of stuff to happen.

Do you need any CallMaster V phones. I have a whole bunch of them new & used. Almost any offer would be excepted to get these out of my warehouse.

I have 9 of the Callmaster V in stock, I'll email you a price.

I sent it to the old fart @ hotmail email address, the one in your profiles. Do you get that one?

Try administering the Callmaster V as a 607A1. This might help.
