I have a customer with an Inuity Audix. They claim that after a week or so old messages are deleted from the mailbox. They said it just started to happen recently. They are only using class of service 00 and 01, and they have not made any changes. Anything I should check besides the class of service?

Every Intuity Audix needs to be rebooted every 90 days to avoid things like this.
