Yes if you can provide the location and the needs ( configuration) you are using it at that would help these guys tell you more.

unless you are getting this equipment DIRT cheap, I would opt for something more newer, or up to date. The MLM007 have a habit of crapping at the first sign of surges or heavy use. and two ports is not a lot of coverage. the R3 is ok for some apps, but I would try for at least a release 7 CKE4 or better and stay away from those ATL sets, there old, real old. try for some MLX packs and some MLX sets. you would probably be better off getting a third party voice mail like active voice which integrates real nice on legend or voice gate. anything really that has options and more than 2 ports.
That's my opinion, 16 years in the industry!

Without naming names or pointing fingers, I would be VERY carefull about where you purchase any MLS or MLX telephones as some, again nameless, companies will sell these phones with bad keypad membranes. The better refurb houses ALWAYS replace the old style membranes. Look for AT LEAST a one year warranty on any of these telephones that you purchase. Anything less means that they do not have confidence that the membrane won't crap out.

ATLANTEL in Georgia or METROLINE out there in Michigan (i think) have an excellent track record with their equipment......
ATLANTEL's refurbed stuff looks really good and they have an overnight advance replacement policy on all their equipment...
check em out...

Once again I am not pointing anybody out, I am just stating past experiences...but Ive used that company out in Calif. usedphones and while they did repair about a dozen phones i sent them, at their advertised price (a good price $$$), it took almost 4 weeks for the repairs...
BUT they offer drop shipment direct to the customer in an unmarked box, which I found to be excellent...
I will use them in the future...maybe they were busy at the time...their customer service is OK also...

We offer direct drop shipment to your customers in unmarked boxes, return address is "warehouse". We have had several of our long-term customers try out the unnamed place in California because of the cheap prices. They always come back because of phones not repaired, too many not repairables, many repaired phones go back under warranty within weeks of original repair. We don't just fix what is wrong at this moment, we repair and replace what might go wrong next month or next year. Our customers who have tried them, ALWAYS come back in a matter of months. We get your phones back out in 7-10 business days from receipt or sooner.
