I saw that you couldn't get it to do when on site, I'm starting to think this may be a case of user error, As DMCSALES posted you may want to see first hand how they are making it happen then see if buttons are wrong or someone moved or changed their Intercom buttons and so on.

all good suggestions guys but its on multiple phones and only happens periodically. So I don't feel user error is a factor.
