Just put in a r6 vmail customer had an r3 before they have been having an ongoing problem with ext10 when you get a message the light comes on but doesnt go off without manually cut it out it happened on the old vm and still with the new vmail. Any help. Thanks

The default "dial-0/timeout" option is to record a message in the general mailbox, which is 9991, which indicates at ext. 10. Check to see if there are any messages in mailbox 9991, and if so, instruct your customer to check that one also, or change the 0 option in the auto attendant.
