I have Win SPM 3.0 and upgrade 5 to 6. It will be OK to install 5 to 6 upgrade or I need previous upgrades before get to 6?

You need to go 3 to 4 to 5 to 6 t0 7 to 8 eight is the latest release

I am try to ask if is OK to use Win SPM 8 for old and new versions of Legend?. or I have to keep a specific version of SPM for a specific verion of Legend.

You can actually use any version of WinSpm or the old dos Spm on any version of legend or magix and it will work. The major differences of the "newer" releases of WinSpm is that the convert utility has the capability of converting up to that release for upgrading purposes.
For example Win spm 8 has the cabibility of converting any backup to a MAGIX R3, WinSpm 7 will give you up to Magix R2 Etc.
OF course you need to have atlease a Legend R6.1 to use the quick access buttons.

Also, WinSPM 7 will not read the processor correctly of the newer Magix releases, upgrading to 8 will fix that.
