Can anyone help, Im needing the AASR3 software for a system 25, the management consoles HDA went bad (ms-dos advanced administratin software, and when I tried to reload, the media is no longer readable. I have contacted Avaya and they are of no help, after send 3 email request for replacement, and getting no response for 14 business days, I called and still got the run around. The app can be easilly zipped up and emailed. Anyone who can assist, this would be greatly appreciated, Im am also willing to pay a reasonable amount to get the softeare replaced. I have to restore the switches backup due to a power failure and the battery on the CPU went bad.

Avaya no longer supports the System 25. Your best bet is to look on the net. Some of the earlier releases of that software will not work with windows 98 either....
