I have a customer with verizon provided caller id.Is there a way to get the digits to appear on their 18d sets? Its a 5 slot parnter acs with an r3s vms card. Thanks.

It should come up automatically, it does need at least 2 rings for the data to pass through, if you have the VMS answering all calls make sure it's set to 2 or 3 rings before it answers.

Apparently the customer THOUGHT he had Caller Id! A quick check to verizon reveled otherwise! Was it Reagan that said "Trust,But Verify"? Thanks John.
