Anyone know what kind of card the Merlin Plus 820-D2 needs for message on hold? Also, what slot would the card need to go in? Thanks!

If it's a Merlin Plus 820D then the MOH is already built in at the top of the KSU under the slide out.
If it's the Melrin 820 you will need Type II cartridges
