HI
i have a merlin mail r3 and i am lock out of the admin mail box it says (you mail box is locked contack you dealer) will some one email me to tell me i can restet it with a null cable and via hyper terminal
Can any one help me

yes i ave the box one . my admin ext is 102 and it says mailbox lock contact system admin. and i tryed ext 9997 and it said mail box lock do to 2 many erong logins
I need help
