Hi
we have a intuity audix r4.5 with a legend and when i am system premiters i am tring to set trasfer to digets but when i do that is says
(CANTACT TCS)
what is tcs ?????
i have the intuity menual but noting it
any help

Hi
here it says from the manual

(digits transfers calls only if the destination
number has the same number of digits as AUDIX
extensions. You must instruct the TSC to change
this field to digits.)
