Our potential customer has a legend version 6 with a DS1 module, the clec has delivered a PRI but the system will not synch it keeps giving a D channel not error but when we put a t-bird on the circuit it loops fine the DS1 module loops back fine all programming has been verified. I would like to know if anyone can shed some light on this problem.

sounds like you didn't program the PRI properly.

The protocol must be AT&T Custom. Sounds link the PRI might be NI-2. I e-mailed you the correct set-up steps.

Thanks ZMAN, I get asked for that more than anything. Remember if you are using Magix 1.5 or later to activate your CSU. If your CSU/DSU is external make sure the channels are set for Data not RBS (robbed bit) Now ZMAN, count the hits and send me $$$ for each.!)
