i am a new office manager for a doctors office we have a merlin legend r5 with intuity audix r4.5 and i like to add and change some mail boxs but you have to login and i dont have the passwords we have the manual and the last office manager wrote diwn the pws but they dont work they are sa,vm but dose not work but the last office manager was fired and i think she chage them how do i reset them ? can it be done? or do we have a paper wight on our hands?
