I have an ACS R3 and am wondering if it is possible to have the message waiting light on extension 11 come on whenever the message waiting light for extension 10 is on.
I've set up voice mail for extension 10, 14,15,16 but would like extension 11 to know whenever extension 10 has voice mail (so they can both check the general mailbox.)

Well, you could set up outcalling on the general mailbox to dial "#0911", which would light thMW light at Ext. 11. However, you would also have to add a "MW Light Off-11" button at Ext. 11, because the light would not automaticlly go off.

You need to create a group mailbox with sta 10 and 11 as members of ther group. When the group mailbox receives a message, both extensions receive it, and both message lights go on.

Is group mailbox available on all versions of partner PC card mail? If I search the documentation for the ACS 3.0 I find it in there, but nothing in the VM documentation (R1 or R3). I'm not sure which version of VM I have.
