on a Partner ACS R5.0 system, if an outside call comes in and I want to transfer that call to a different outside number, can that be done?

If you have phone company transfer, this the flash/recall button to get dialtone from the phone company back, then dial the outside number. This will release the line from your system. You can also use the conference feature but it ties up two lines for the duration of the call.
