You really can't. OK, you could install an MFM inside of an MLX phone, and wire the single line phone to the new jack on the bottom of the phone, but that's probably not what you are asking. MLX cards are for MLX phones only. Tip/Ring (and OPX and ETR) cards are for single line phones.
