I need to remove 70 pool from 3 exts. I have tried to go into exts/lines and trunks/entry mode/and removed all lines but when i check the ext the pool stays on the ext.?? these 3 new exts need three stand alone lines which ive done successfuly but the 70 pool is still there.

You have to know which lines are in pool 70 - go under extensions - lines trunks - enter extension number - press button that matches the lines in pool 70 - press one of the lines button that is in pool 70 - (this will remove pool 70 from the extensions) press exit.

I think i tried that but i will try it again when I tried it i think the line buttons did light up green and red green when you touch one of the line buttons. So your saying just touch any one of those buttons in that pool and exit, not touching the delete button.

If for example lines 801 thru 805 are in pool 70 and they to an ext. that you do not want to have pool 70 anymore. Go under ext.; lines and trunk; enter ext. number and just touch one of the lines in pool 70 and make the light green light go off and exit. This will remove pool 70 from that phone.
