2 Questions on the MLM 007 voicemail.
1. I have created 2 new mailboxes. However when a call comes in, and someone tries to do a direct transfer to the mailbox, you get an error tone. The new mailboxes have a COS of 2 which is an unsupervised transfer. Any help would be great.
2. For some reason the Night Menu doesn't play anymore. When the operator press her night button, it goes to the "Welcome to Merlin Mail" The greeting is in the system and recorded.

Do those voicemail boxes have any ports/ext assigned to it? It sounds like there arent any assined to them. All you need to do for the night AA is record the greeting. It seems like you only have the day greeting recorded.

Those extensions with the new mailboxes need to also be assigned to the voice mail cover group, typically, but not always, group 30.
Extensions > More > Group Cover > 30 > Enter > Extension Number > Enter
