Use program #502 Calling group exensions. Assign all ext's that you want to be in the page group to group # 1. Then your simaltaneous paging will work with the phones. Email me if you need help..
I thought you said that your system was down...

I don't mean to be rude but that's what he just told you, it's program #502 then assign the stations to the group 1.

At either ext #10 or #11 enter the following: Feature 00 Left Intercom twice Then enter #502 It will then ask you for a group # (on the display) Now enter "1" for group #1. Then the system will ask you for an extension number. Enter the first extension that you would like to be in the paging group. Next the display will probably show "2 Not Assigned". Simply press "1" to assign that extension. Now, depending on what phone model you are using, hit the "next" key. The next extension number in ascending order will show on the display. Now enter "1" to put that extension in the group, or use the "next" key to scroll to the next extension number. I can't tell you which key on your phone is the "next" key, because I do not know which Partner phone you are using. 34D, 18D, 12D, etc. If this is still confusing to you, I would suggest you contact a dealer in your area.
I thought you said that your system was down...
