We are currently running Passageway Direct on an NT server. Our PBX is a Definity G3R. Microsoft support for this server ends 12/2004. My understanding is that Passageway will not run on a windows 2000 platform. Is this correct? If so, does Avaya provide a solution? Help!

Sorry, Avaya discontinued support of passage-way. Many new solutions are now available to replace this technology.
