I have a customer who just noticed that thier PRI bill from Cavalier was VERY high...seems some one seized a trunk calling from Broklyn NY! any how I cant seem to get into the VM now. How can I reset the VM card? Its merlin messaging 2.5.

and does anyone have instructions on setting up account codes or should I just do it through the provider?

In Maintanence busyout the slot and release to reboot the mail. You can assign LD codes and so can the PRI provider.

will that reset the password to the voice mail? cause i think he change the password.

anyone got instructions on setting up the ld codes?
