I have customer who has a number of 800 numbers that point to DID's and each phone rep handles that customer.

If they go to that ext's vm and press zero can I have each one go to a different place?

in essence can each ext have zero do something different? Or is zero a system wide function only?

thanks for the help.

Well, it kinda depends on what voice mail system and what phone system you've got. Merlin Mails have a "Personal Operator" as option 4 in each mailbox, I think Audix can be cofigured from the programming terminal.
