I am by no means a phone guru, but as the "computer guy" it falls into my lap, so any help is appreciated. We currently run one location with a Merlin Magix and 15 phones. We opened up a new location up the road which we need networked into our main location. We need the phones at the branch to ring to our receptionists at our main location, and also to be able to intercom to somebody from main to branch. Basically, what do I need to know/read/implement. Any links to articles or advice from experience would be great. Thanks!

truly no offense but i would suggest getting with your original installer to get this done. if they are not capable or if you no longer wish to use them, then get a new vendor. you can go to the request an installer section of the forum and one of us in your area would be happy to help. on this type of install, experience is required.

Look into expanding your current system with more phones and extending them with a MCK unit via IP.
