We've had heavy turnover at our company, and the person who knew how to change the initials at each station has left (without letting us know how to do the change), and now we have people at phones where the phones show initials from people who've been gone for over a year. Can anyone help let me know what to do to change the initials? Our phones are MLX-10D. Thanks.

At the program phone press Menu - system program - exit(or start) - Next(or more) - labeling - directory - stations, follow screen prompts it is pretty simple. The letters for each name appear on the bottom of the screen and if you take off the labels they are molded into the phone.
