Can anyone tell me where I can download the manuals for the MLX-10D or the MLX-20L?

The manuals you are requesting are nothing more then user guides as the numbers you list are for telephone sets. In your original post, you need to list the model and software level of the system the phones are working on. Maybe just the model number will be enough for an avaya Moderator to help you, I'm not sure. User guides for the phones, once you know the system they are on, will be available many places including the avaya web site. mark

Thanks. How do I find the model and software level of the system? I've read the user manuals found on the Avaya website and they don't help. I've read more on this board and there was one past question with a tantalizing answer. "Labeling > Extension" How do I get there?

All Avaya manuals are available for free on the Avaya web site. I admit that sometimes thaty are not that easy to find, but they are there.
