Have a customer with Legend/Merlin Mail. I created new mailboxes for all extensions due to dial plan change to support DIDs and 4 digit extensions. The message light is on solid on all phones, but there is no message. 1) How do I turn off the light and 2) what setting is it when I create a new mailbox to keep it from happening again?

Try Feature 54, where does it say the message is from,ATT, FAX, EXT, VMS?
