What is "best practice" for handling call waiting on this system? Can you program a flash button on the phones? Currently when I hit the hook to answer the other call it disconnects the current call.
Just curious...thanks.

Yes you can set up a Flash button and you will need to program the flash time to match your provider

Thanks! I figured that.
Another question out of curiousity...if I turned call waiting off and our 1 line was busy...how do you tell the Partner R6 system to go straight to a particular mailbox or AA?
Can that be done?
