Hi all,

Our ACS v3.0 took a dive last week so had to have it replaced. I'm trying to get it back setup back the way it was. Our system:

206E r4.1
206 r2.0
ACS processor v3.0 *new
400E r3.1
Partner mail VS r5.0
exts 10-17 plugged into processor
3 roll-over incoming lines in processor

Now, all calls are answered immediately by the VM with "your call is being transferred to the receptionist" then rings ext.10 with the first 2 lines and 2 intercom lines flashing. The way we need to have it is all the exts. ring when calls come in. If no pickup, then goes to voicemail with options to transfer to individual mailboxes.

I tried assigning exts. 10-16 to Hunt Group 7, but then the intercom button on those exts. would sound a dial tone when pressed instead of intercom tone. I have no idea how this was originally setup, so I am starting from scratch. Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like I can't get past step 1 here. Any help would be much appreciated!

Well first of all only your VMS ports go in hunt group 7. Then you must assign the lines in program #206 that you want the VMS to answer. Then set the Day and Night schedule for the rings before the Auto Attn answers.

If you had a Backup and restore card in you could have put your old program back as it was.
