Does anyone have any documentation for the Multi-Function Module 540B1 V2.1. I can't find anything on Avaya's site and nothing came with it. I'm pretty sure I know what I need to do for programming, but I have nothing for setting the jumpers on the MFM.
Also, I put it into a MLX-10DP.
Any ideas...

Make sure you are using all 4 pairs of the rj-45. Standard MLX phones can get by on the middle two pairs, but you need all pairs when using DSS of MFM add-ons.
