Does anyone know the procedure to default a PartnerMail R1.? back to original passwords and greetings? I tried the procedure for a R3.? and it doesnt work with this older software. I tried going to com port 1 with a db9 to db9 serial cable and typing in the serial number and also tried the 9997 mailbox password, neither work. Thanks

That type of info isn't posted on the board due to hackers, you will have to work with one of the techs off line and there may be a small charge. But yes it can be set back to default.
