We have a client who has a Merlin Magix phone system on which our tech installed the MOH last week. The message played fine until the tech left, and now it's not working. Is there any programming that needs to be done to get the external source to work?

the only programming is to assign a trunk port for MOH. Since it was working before, sounds like this has already been done. Make sure the source is still plugged in and playing, especially if it is something like a basic CD player or so.

If you have plugged a CD player into this make sure that the CD is set to repeat play.
