You also need to check the phone system as well. I've noticed in my experiences along the way that most of the time this is an issue with the ports at your facility. That's typically where the problem occurs. Do you run VoIP? [email protected]

we have monitored the several of the trunks. We never get Far-end disconnect or anything like that. We always get "Forced-Drop."
If we call in and connect to a person, then hangup, that person hears dialtone right away.

So you send/receive no disconnect signal? The trunk goes clear and the CO gives you dialtone to dial again. email me a copy of your trace file. I need all the info it contains to understand what is happening.
