is there a way to do a flash hook / co flash on the partner system - trying to get call waiting and 3 way calling on copper line?

Avaya calls it "recall", and it's Feature 03.
If you want it on a button on the phone, Feature 00, press the desires button, Feature 03, Feature 00.
