We recently took over ops. for another Co. WE inherited the phone sys w/ Partner, but alas, they left us no manuals. Now I cannot get the sys. to recognize the log-in. I cannot go any further into the sys. or get into admin. How do I reset everything. I have 4 days worth of mess. I can't get to.
HELP!

I talked to you the other day and thought you would call back if you couldn't get in, I can dial in and change your Admin password but there is a charge. As far as the manuals you can get them at Avay.com for free.
